CorelDraw 7 for use with a plotter/cutter

I have a Roland plotter/cutter. Also have "Sign Wizard" software for
designing signs, and sending to plotter for cutting out vinyl lettering. I
want to use Corel Draw 7 to design & transfer layout to sign wizard, and
then to
plotter. Have been unable to copy & paste. What to do? Or, is there even
a better way to do it, such as a "plot" program?? Any help appreciated -
really want to use Corel. Would like a contact to get me thru this.
