I used coreldraw5 on my old computer. Now I do not want
to install it again but I do want to use its graphics. I installed
finder.exe from the cd rom onto my hard drive. When I do a find it shows
me the appropriate clipart in the files located box. But how do I import
the graphic from the cd into a word processor or page layout program? Do I
have to use the book to look it up manually and then import it? If so is
there a cmx converter to a different picture format?

There is a wonderful clipart utility called romcat which is available from
www.unleash.com (look under utilities).
I don't know of any non-corel applications which can use the .cmx format.
