Two possible ... general ... areas of reasons I can think of. One would
be some variation on the theme of operator error, the other would be a
corrupt installation. Without more information, it's hard to tell which.
Operator error would fall under the heading of ...
Is the "Print Separations" check box checked?
Are the objects to be printed on printable layers? (Not, for instance, on
a guides layer by accident?) Are the layers set to BE printable?
Is the printer being printed to a PostScript printer capable of printing
separations? (This might mean the default printer, too.)
Is the printer driver installed and working correctly?
A munged installation would require a reinstall. It might mean damaged
dialog boxes or other program componenents.
But it's all grasping at straws, really. It's not something that should
happen.
