Check your \Windows\System directory for a file called ZLIB.DLL.
If you find it, move it to a temporary folder, and try to run Corel 4.
The problem is ICQ 99a, which installs an incompatible version of
ZLIB.DLL, which Draw finds before it finds its own copy in the COREL40
directory.
If this is the case, you can move the newer ZLIB.DLL into the
\ICQ\Plugins\VoiceMessage directory.
Try this.....let me know if it fixes it.
