Brian -
Well, I tried all the other parts of the Suite and no soap. The
only thing that does print is PhotoPaint. I have the latest drivers for
the 932C and all seems in place but still nada. Any help you can find
on your end would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No, I've not tried that (using the 660 driver for the 932) but I certainly
will. And yes, it is a USB printer. Maybe, a re-install as a parallel
printer is in store?

Well, I've still not tried it with the parallel cable but it'll happen soon...
I had my HD seize this weekend and in discussing things with the Gateway tech, I
asked him about my USB printing problem. His first question was "How old is the
program?" and I explained it was originally run on Win3.1, upgraded to Win95 and
now, Win98. He promptly told me that since it was written for Win3.1, it's
basically a DOS program and that's why it won't run under USB.
Any validity to this claim? I hope to check the parallel setup this week...
