Updating Corel 3 files - Need File Name Equivalences

I have a bunch of old Corel 3.0/4.0 (?) files which have fonts using the old
Corel font names.

My old hardcopy of the docs (long since lost) had an equivalence table
listing the Corel font names and the proper Type 1 names. It was a fold up
card, I think, that came with the sw.

Sample names include Bravo, Kastler, Coronet and many others.

Does anyone know where such a table might be found on the Internet. I can't
seem to find anything on the Corel site.
