networks and support packs

Dear All,

I'm experiencing the 'normal' corel 10 problems- lockups, screen
blanks, crashes etc which I'm told will be partly resolved by the
service packs- but when I go to download the service packs it says
they are not suitable for networked computers. Are there service packs
for networked computers available? Any ides?
