Scaling Outline Help Needed

I'm using CorelDraw 10, and I've got a drawing that uses the Outline Pen
tool for the black portions of the drawing. It is a stick figure with
clothes. It looks great when blown up to fit on legal size paper. Then
when I try to scale it down to about two inches high the outline is over
powering and the lines don't seem to scale down as the rest of the document.
Will I have to redraw these without the outline pen tool? Do I have to
ungroup and change all of the outline thickness? Is there a better way that
I'm missing. Is this the best newsgroup for this type of question?
