Unicode Fonts and Arabic characters

I need to create a drawing that includes some Arabic characters. I
have unicode fonts on my PC that contains the characters in the
Extended Arabic codepage. However when I try and insert them in my
drawing all I can get are ... or ??? instead of the charactes. I
running WINNT on my PC. Does anybody know how to use non European
characters inside CorelDraw ?
