corel draw 10 & paint crash with NVDISP.DRV

I have this card installed a powercolor sniper2 riva tnt2 m64 agp ,32mb +
tvout, but it causes corel draw & Paint to crash when docker windows are
used. Any feedback out there. my existing card a SIS 6326 8mb slow but no
crashes ???
