Corel 10 Processor Utilization

We've migrated our design departments from Corel 8 to Corel 10 running
SP1 on a NT Platform. Our processor Utilization on a 50MB document
has gone from 45% to 100% when manipulating these documents. This has
become a major problem to say the least. We have single PIII Processor
workstations with 512K on windows NT workstation 4 with 7200K rpm SCSI
Drives. The graphics cards are matrox G400's with 32MB RAM.

1.)Can CDRAW10 Utilize dual processors? Will this help me?
2.)Will win2k give me more performance over nt4 with CDRAW10?
3.)Would Corel utilize a higher grade video card like a Nvida Quadra
Pro?
I appreciate any help and any links to any related white papers on
these issues.
