OLE Automation - VisualBasic (Help me, please!)

Hi to all,
sorry for my bad english, I try to describe my problems with CorelDraw 10
and a VB Application. I need to create an OLE Automation, existing yet with
CorelDraw 9.0/8.0/7.0/.... and my VB project....

The code is

umObjCorel = CreateObject("CorelDraw.Automation.10")

When the program execute the line, the error returned is

"-2147024703" - "Automation error"

(With Corel 9.0 there isn't error )

This message is displayed only if the CorelDraw is not open, (executed). If
I open the CorelDraw before using my application, it is all right! The VB
program create correctly the OLE Automation, and use the instruction needed
for my application.

I have to use a different command line for create the objet ? Or is a Corel
problem, or have to upgrade the Corel ?

Tell me if it is necessary execute the program always before use my
application....
