Run a WP8 macro from using VB command

I need to find appropriate code to attach to a button so that in an
Access/VB program we have written I can do the following:

1. Test if WP8 is running, if not open, open WP8 using
"D\Corel\Suite8\Programs\wpwin8.exe /m-startup".
2. Once WP8 is running, execute another macro (this macro performs a
merge process)

Any assistance would be greatful.

Hi Paul,

Is this a VB type program that you will attach to the button? Well, I guess
that does not matter too much because you could use DDE to solve your 2
problems.
