Hello,

recently I installed WordPerfect 8.0 for Linux (german Version) on my PC
under SuSE 7.0 with KDE 2.0 and Xfree4.0. The installation was not difficult
but WP will not start up.

After starting the programm under KDE 2.0 with xwp in its directory it
presents a message like this:

"Corel Word Perfect supports 1-2-4-8-16-24 flat screens. You use a 17 zoll
flat screen. Because this typ of monitor will not be supported Wp can not
show all colours correct. Maybe it will crash"

than I can decide "go on" Yes or No.

Clicking Yes leeds to a Crash with a memory-error, clicking no willl finish
the program.

In fact I don't have an 15 Zoll flat screen, I have an ordinary 17 Zoll CRT
Monitor from Belinea ?

Maybe someone has an idea how to solve this problem ?

P.S. I have installed the libc5, are there other rpm wich may be missing ?
