Loss of SMTP port 25, Email from Paradox issue

I notice in the news that several ISPs have shut down access to port 25 (and 80)
and that other ISPs may also. That worries me because the package I use to
Email from Paradox (SPIMail) uses port 25. I use SPIMail because using MAPI and
Netscape never really worked very well.

Does anyone have a good way of sending emails from Paradox that does not use
port 25 or MAPI?
