Nope. It is always a good idea to keep a copy of your tables empty in
case you get damage or inadvertently delete a component. You can
probably move the data to a copy you recover from your backup.

ParadoxDOS 4.5 has a command
TableInfo ValChecks that fills a Dynarray on a single field.
Simply create a table and store these values: Tablename, fieldname,
and fields for each Valcheck Type to store the settings.

Now it is fairly simple to creat a nothe script to restore either an
entire Tables or single fields Valchecks.
