Runtime 9 running slowly over a network

Hi,

Is anyone aware of any performance issues with Runtime 9 over a
Windows NT/Novell network? The system developed for our client runs
very quickly in Paradox 9 Developers Edition but when we use a machine
with Runtime 9 installed, it runs really slowly. The system as a
whole doesn't slow down, only any machine using Runtime. Whenever the
full version of Paradox is installed on a machine that originally had
the Runtime version it then runs very quickly and smoothly. Is there
an ideal BDE config or some setting that needs changed or is Runtime
at fault?

All users are pointing to the same .NET file, and have identical BDE
configs.
