Problems switch to Legal Paper!

I have a system that needs to print report to legal sized paper. The system
works in house with a locally connected printer. However, whenever I try to
print it at tha client site on a Novell network it complains that the paper is
too small for the report.

Nothing I've try seems to help including:
printerSetOptions (changing paper size, bins, etc)
setPrinter
and other things.
Anyone have any ideas??
