Customised menus, shortcuts and toolbar vanished ?

Hiya Friends

I've recently upgraded to WP12 from WP8 on a new computer.

I spend ages customising my Menu Bar, a floating toolbar and assigned
about 30 keyboard shortcuts. I gave the toolbar a new name, but not the
altered menu bar or the keyboard.

Suddenly, today, the menu bar is back to the default layout, the
keyboard assignments have all vanished, as has my named toolbar.
Curiously, the default toolbar is floating, not docked as one might
expect on installation.

I also imported several macros and added several Quick Correct entries -
these are still present and working

I had backed up Documents and Settings\user\application data\corel

Restoring the whole folder has not restored the missing features

Anyone had similar problems, or know of a solution ?

I don't want to rework all the bars again, only to lose them again
