Business letter template in WP 12

I can not seem to get the business letter template in WP 12 to
produce the kind of letter I want.

What I want is something like this:

My address
My city, zip
My phone number

Today's date

Recipients's name
Recipients's address
Recipients's city, zip

Dear Recipient;

Body of letter.

Sincerely yours;

Daniel Prince

I want the Recipients's name, address etc. to come out of the WP
address book.

Can I get the business letter template in WP 12 to produce the kind
of letter I want? If so, how is it done?

Is there a WP compatible template that would produce letters more
to my liking? If so, where would I find it?

My previous cat Rocket thought that every time I ate something he
