Envelope printing problem

Envelope printing has a problem that just keeps transferring from one
version to the next. Maybe someone will be good enough to help me out of my
misery.

Number 10 envelopes print just fine. But when I design a new size for say,
a greeting card, the printing starts on the middle of the left side of a
sheet of paper (instead of the lower left hand corner).

Why is this and how can it be fixed?

Me too! I have not been able to find any references that tell how to
design a new envelope size that will work without a lot of
experimentation. I use a lot of Crane paper that uses the Crane envelope
definition in WP8. That definition is not in the new versions.
