MakeItFit Icon

I used to have the MakeItFit icon on the WordPerfect 10 toolbar. But it
is not on the WordPerfect 11 toolbar.

In WordPerfect 11 I can get to MakeItFit via the Format pulldown menu or
get the Icon on the Print Preview toolbar.

But I would like to install it on the WordPerfect 10 or 11 toolbar.

It's a great feature.

How can I do that ?
