This form of the SUM function has been displayed when an Excel
file has been opened in QPR..

It sums the values in the same cell in a range of sheets within
the same workbook.

I can find no instructions on how the create this function QPR.

I've tried several combinations, but haven't been successful.

In Excel one types in +SUM( in the target address cell, clicks
on the first sheet name tab in the series, navigates to the last sheet
in the series, and HOLDING DOWN THE SHIFT KEY clicks on the last sheet
name tab, then type in the address of the cell to be summed and type
in the closing parenthesis, which results in

=+SUM('Bld 26:Bld 1'!C6)

The inverted commas and the exclamation mark are entered
automatically by the program.

What is the sequence of key strokes to achieve the same result in
QPR ?
