QP11 - Printing to pdf

Hi

I'm having a problem printing spreadsheets to pdf & wondered if
anybody might be able to give me a clue how to solve it.

Back in the days of QP8 or 9 I installed Acrobat 5 so I could print
to pdfs & it worked beautifully. I made a lot of use of the 'scale to
fit on one page' and whatever I'd have seen on paper, I could get the
equivalent on pdf.

After a long interval of not having had any need to produce pdfs I'm
trying again with QP11 - and still with Acrobat 5 - and the scaling
just will not work. The distilled pdfs show little if any evidence of
reduction in font size and the pdf text occupies only abour 2/3 of the
page size with the bottom 1/3 blank

Acrobat distiller works fine with other apps so the default set-up
options seem fine, and QP11 prints perfectly to physical printers.

I'm hoping its something stupidly obvious that I'm overlooking, but as
QP doesn't seem to have a publish to pdf option I'm stuck with trying
to get this to work

I'm running QP11.0.0.410 as part of WPoffice 11 with service packs
1 to 3 installed.

Anyone any ideas?
