Also - several of my users have experienced problems getting theri runtime
appls. to fire up and I have been having them logoff and back on to get thru
it. They are also new XP machines - is there something that I have to do in
order to get P5 to run properly on an XP workstation?
Thanks in advance!

evidently you got past the first issue.. pointing the Windows Temp folder during
installation.. other than that, the only major thing is setting Compatiblility
Mode to NT.. you might want to look in Bertil's Bug List to see if there's
anything related..
but you really should think about upgrading to a later, 32-bit version..

when Windows Temp points to a drive over 2 gig in size, the install usually
barfs with an error about "need -1144 kb to continue"..
