where can I get documentation for commands and keys in using pdox 4.5 dos ?

the online help lists everything, but it's difficult to work with, of course..
the 4.0 and 4.5 manuals are the same, except for the little (but powerful) 4.5
Upgrade Guide that comes with 4.5, for additional PAL stuff..

and, if you've got Playright Pro, the online help there (which is a simple text
file) is fantastic..

I've got 4.0 manuals on the Paradox Sales page on my web site, but I'm out of
4.5 sets at the moment..
