I have just formatted and reinstalled the operating system on one of my
computers and am trying to get Paradox for Windows working but am unable to.
Unfortunately I cannot find the installation CD's for Paradox and when I
backed up the system I only copied the Pdoxwin folder but none of the dll's
in the Windows folder. When I try and run the application I get the
following error messages:
"File Error: Cannot find ODAPI01.DLL"
"File Error: Cannot find LD01.DLL"
"File Error: Cannot find ODAPIQ01.DLL"
"File Error: Cannot find ODAPI01.DLL"
"Can't run 16-bit Windows program: Cannot find C:\Pdoxwin\PDOXWIN.EXE (or
one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct
and that all required libraries are available."
I do have PDOXWIN.EXE but none of the above DLL's.
Does anyone happen to have the following dll's that they could send to me
because I tried Borland support and they couldn't help.
Cheers,
Colin

there's usually more to *any* Windows program than copying the files.. files go
in other folders, changes to the registry, etc.. you don't say what version of
Paradox you are using, but I have most of them available on the Paradox Sales
page on my web site.. at very low cost..

the "time" of the date/time stamp of the files.. Borland was always neat about
that..
