Simulating Letterhead in a report

I have a report that I need to simluate the organization's letterhead
as the first page. The logo, address, etc is in the Report Header
band. My problem is that there are 3 horizontal lines and 2 more
lines of text as a footer. How can I get these to print only on the
bottom of the first page?

Did you try sizing the report band to the height of your page and then place
your objects at the desired position from the bottom of the report band?
