I've seen errors similar to that, but the context would help us.. were you
saving the form? opening the form? doing data entry?
Even if you just use today(), now(), time() or datetime(), and convert to
string somewhere, you could get this message.
Your changes to the form may have coincided with some other [minor] change
to your system. Particularly is where the Regional settings in Windows are
different from one machine to another; or the settings have been changed.
I've seen this a lot.
