One of my users somehow is showing up over 16 times and we have no idea how
or why. I'd like to remove the entries if possible.
This is a Pdox 5 file if it matters.
Have everyone shut down Paradox.
Then delete the .net file.
This removes *everyone* from the file <g>.
Paradox recreates it when the first person starts Paradox.

On www.diamondsg.com there should be a netdump.exe download that allows
you to inspect the contents of a .NET file.
My guess is that if you get all the users out and make sure the .NET file
is deleted, this problem should not reoccur. If it does reoccur, the
above utility will give you some additional depth.

when there are multiple instances of a user, it means the user is
aborting and going right back into paradox, and didn't re-log into the
network yet.. if the abort is on the way out of paradox and/or the app,
it's possible that the user doesn't even know it's happening..
