FYI: Where can I find Paradox service packs

After the changes on www.corel.com, some service packs is not available

Included in the P9 Runtime folder is prform32.dll. I seem to remember
something about this. Should this be added to the windows system
folder? Should it be distributed with Runtime?

prform32.dll is a runtime file. It goes in the same folder pdxrwn32.exe.

I have an old quote in my files mentioning it:
