unable to launch ccwin9 after applying SP3 and SP$

I'm running WordPerfect 2002 under WinXP Pro. I just applied SP3 and
SP4. Now I
can't launch the Address Book from the shortcut on my desktop - the
shortcut had the Target "C:\Program Files\Corel\WordPerfect Office
2002\Programs\ccwin9.exe" /ab, which worked fine before I applied the
system packs.

It's not a critical problem because I can still access the Address Book
from within WordPerfect but it would sure be nice to regain the
capability to launch the address book directly.

Any suggestions for getting the shortcut to work as before?
