delays in posting

What could be the reason I see postings on

long before I see them when using Agent at cnews.corel.com

I have an example at this time, of a posting
of 2004-08-11 15:08:17 PST on the google group and not a thing on my
regular nerwsreader.

Menno,

Corel news groups are monitored, and there is a delay between posting
the message and it appearing on the news group. I do not know how
Google should get such messages before Corel has passed them for
publication.
