Error message when staring up WP9

When I try to run WP9 I get the initial Wordperfect splash screen, then I
get an error that says, "Cannot load essential PerfectPrint .DLL
(pfpi90.pfc)". I uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't fix the problem.
I cannot even find this file on my other computers that have WP9 installed.
Can someone tell me what the problem might be?

Neil,

You should have pfpi90.pfc in your WPWin9 Programs folder. When you browse
there, double-click on PFReg.exe to run that. Unregister all components
found and then when done Register them again.

Now try WPWin9.

WP likes to have a printer on LPT1: (or FILE). If you have no such item
handy, you could install a non-existent simple printer on LPT1:. The Apple
Laserwriter fits the bill. Of course you would not print a test page.
