It is a law firm environment, we are running HP LJ 4000 printers we cannot
go back to the PCL 5e drivers because if we do, then the users labels,
envelopes do not work properly and they are unable to pull from certian
trays.
My next question, is that if the PCL 6 drivers from HP are buggy, why is it
that the only time you get the problem is when you are printing from
Wordperfect?
All other apps seem to print just fine.
We were running PCL 6 drivers just fine until we were sold a Xerox copier,
and when they installed their drivers we started getting these error
messages.
Thanks
