QuattroPro 9

I upgraded to Windows XP and installed SP-4 on my WP Office 2000. Works
fine until I try and close Quattro Pro after using it. Freezes up and gives
me a message that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. My work
is saved when I reopen the program but I get the same message every time I
use it and have to wait several minutes for the program to close. Any
solution? Thank you.

Mike,

Please try holding down the left Shift key, while Quattro Pro launches.
This resets QPW to its default state. Does that help?

I hope someone else will place this properly. Most of us have to
clear out old posts from time to time. I have just done so, and
so I have no idea to what your message refers. This is why folk
usually quote at least the last few messages when replying.
