If you do File, Print, the name of the current printer should have a "-
Win" after it. If it does not, click select and select the driver for the
printer that has a Windows logo to the left (under Specific Printer).

I had an equally brain-dead Lexmark printer, but I do remember a quite
lengthy section in its paperwork headed <Printing from DOS>. I have no idea
whether Epson offers similar support, nor do I remember what sort of
routine Lexmark offered.

More importantly, the Epson may well be connected to the USB port, which
I didn't think was possible to access from DOS!!!
