I'm using WP9 in my office and I have users complaining that our macros
aren't working right. I checked their page definitions and notice that WP
suddenly doesn't recognize the proper paper trays for the printer we use
(Sharp AR-M350). Whereas there are supposed to be four trays, now in the
page definitions I only have "Default", "Auto-select" and "Tray 1". I have
another AR-M350 upstairs, and when I tell WP9 to use that printer it seems
to recognize the trays fine.
I don't know where else to turn. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
