make sure Shelly is showing the same WP version
SHelly's template may ber corrupt (resinstall may not resolve this)
Try renaming her template:
find the template on her c drive - it's named WP10us.wpt
and rename it to WPold.wpt
then reopen Word Perfect a new template will be generated
I checked my Corel List serves and the posts indicate even WP9 should
run on WinXP - however if you want to try WP11
you can still get a 30 day trial of WP 11 - here's the link
