To manually disable:
Regedit, go to
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
and delete
"WordPerfect Office 1215"="C:\\Program Files\\WordPerfect Office
12\\Programs\\Registration.exe /title=\"WordPerfect Office 12\" /date=093004
serial=aaaaa-aaaaaaa-aaa lang=EN"
Previous info is to prevent product updates not registration.

The main purpose of registration seems to me to be so that software`
producers can e-mail information about new products. These would be
infrequent for any one piece of software, but if I received an e-mail once a
year for every piece of software on my computers it would be far too much!
That's why I avoid registration.

I use non Microsoft products wherever possible which requires no activation.
I use Netscape 7.2 as my default browser which has everything I need for my work.
I believe in good Financial Management!! I do not believe in enriching rich jerks!
Not meaning to insult you but do you have an active Internet connection at the time?

On my WP12 installation, in the WPO12 Start menu list there is an icon
for Product Update. Open that, Change Update Settings, deselect
everything, and choose "update manager will not automatically check . ."
I don't know for sure if that turns off the registration nag screen, but
mine quit nagging about the same time I did that.
