NEW: Autotext Manager for Word 2000/XP - $500 enterprise

We have a suite called Legal Oasis. Among the modules this site contains, is
Autotext Manager. This program can be sold standalone, and is only $500 for
your entire enterprise.

It allows for the saving of autotexts (including entire documents, graphics,
pictures, etc) - and depending on how you choose to deploy, you can allow
users to save autotexts as private (stored on their machine or network
profile/drive) or public (available to all users in real time). The Autotext
Manager has no limit on the number of autotexts that can be stored, and no
limit on the size of each autotext.

Please see the attached screenshot for the dialog box (simple and easy to
use), which will not only allow you to name the autotexts anything you want,
but gives you a preview panel to review the first 250 characters before
inserting.

When autotexts are inserted into a document, they will inherit the styles of
the existing document, but will maintain formatting such as paragraphs/line
breaks/tabs, etc.
