Addressbook speed

Several issues:
1. Can I move "down" from 8.0 Suite to just WP7 Legal version without
losing toolbars and addressbook? We are a small office (server using
Windows95NT with 7 workstations). We share one common addressbook in
the wordprocessor.
2. We "modem share", i.e. the server has the only modem which we access
from our workstations via iShare bu iSoft. The Problem: When we close
Netscape the connection does not close. We must use "control alt del"
to close disconnect. If there is a way to do this without using iShare,
I am open to any suggestions. The worst of this problem is when we
shutdown for the day, the screen hangs-up on the Windows is Shuting Down
blue cloud screen and never does! We must turn the power off which
means that when we power-on the computer goes through scandisk because
of improper shutdown.
3. i have imported PCLaw database into the addressbook -- about 2000
clients. When you click on the addressbook it takes forever to
come-up. Is there anyway to speed-up an addressbook with a lot of data?
