Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

The nature of an ASCII text document is that it contains little or no
formatting. That's why the formatting is stripped.
So the means of getting the same result in an ASCII text document that
is in a WordPerfect document is to use solely text, i.e. act as if you
are creating the document in a straight ASCII editor. That would mean
numbering the lines by hand, doing the page numbering by hand as part
of the body of the document, creating any "headers" or "footers" as
part of the body of the document.
Have you checked with the LegalEz people to see what import formats
they support? There might be some other format you could SaveAs your
document that could be imported into LegalEz.
