Multi-Entry Tables

I was using the MultiEntry feature in Paradox 4.5, and now I'm trying
to re-create that process in Papadox 9.

I have an Orders Table and a Cashbook Table.
In 4.5 I was able to create a MultiEntry Table and Map that would let me
enter the Customer # and Negative # once on the form.
Then when I pressed F2-DoIt, Paradox would automatically add those records
to the Orders and Cashbook Tables - with the Customer # and Negative # going to
both tables.

In Paradox 9, I tried to make a form for multi-tables, but I have to enter the
Customer # and Negative # for both tables.
How to accomplish the MultiEntry task, and only have to type the Customer #
and Negative # once?
