Printing to a TCP IP network printer

Hi.

I have a client that is using our Paradox 8 application on a network that uses
TCP IP printers. It seems that paraodx can only print to captured network
printers. The trouple is that I can't capture their printers as they don't
show up on the list of available printers.

The clients Support guy got this to work somehow in the past but he left, they
changed the printer configs over the weekend and now Paradox won't print. All
the other windows apps (Excel, Word) seem to work fine. The printer is set up
with the address in the port section.

Can anyone give me information that will help me to use this printer.
