Product Manager, Corel Paradox.
I was filling out that monster form last night and was half way through and
accidentally bumped the return key and posted it.
I filled the dang thing out again and when I posted it, it told me that I
had already submitted it and that I couldn't do it again.
I was bummed after typing all that stuff just to have it dumped.

You cynical developers just don't understand the unwritten rules of
software marketing.
You're meant to pay for bug fixes, sorry, 'feature enhancements' to
Version 8. How else can we have a thriving software industry?
And you'd better hurry, because if you don't Uncle Bill will release
Windows 00 (1 Gb min disk space, requires 256 Mb RAM and Septium
processor, is half as fast as Win 3.1, has 100,000 new features you
won't find, let alone use and a new name for GPFs) and you'll have to
Upgrade (this costs *lots* more than feature enhancements).
Really, you people are so unreasonable. If you bought a new car which
had some faults, sorry 'less than optimum features', wouldn't you
expect to scrap it within twelve months and buy a replacement model
which had different 'features'?
