Kai's power tools SE comes as part of the Photopaint 7. I can not find any
instructions or info on how to use. Can anyone advise?

Look on Disk 1 in the Plug-Ins folder that is inside the Document
folder. There is a file in there named Kpt3manu.evy. To read it you
have to use the Envoy reader that is included with Photo-Paint. If you
don't already have it installed you can run Install again to install
it.
