Loss of fill form in conversion

I have Corel draw 9 and I trying to copy and paste from Corel into
PowerPoint. When I copy the drawing the whole image changes and all of the
textured fill in specific areas dissapears. I have attempted to export to
jpeg,wmf,gif,bmp and some others and always come up with the same problem.
