Reinstalling Profiles

After partitioning my hard disk, I have troubles opening CorelDraw8, as
somehow during the partitioning
the file "profiles.ccm" was lost. I use Windows95 (no, that is not supposed
to be the explanation!)
Now I get the message, I should reinstall profiles.ccm .
Only I do not know under which path I should reinstall it.
I get failure messages, like "Failure opening:
Corel\corel8\graphics8\custom\coreldrw.cpl".
The file "custom" does not exist on the harddisk anymore.
Does anybody know, where I should install "profiles.ccm"?
