hello

i have the draw 7 suite and im having trouble with the plug-ins
directory. i have version 7.467.

i have put all of my filters/plug ins in a universal folder so that they
can be accessed by all of my graphics programs. also each individual set
of filters is in its own subfolder. i only have around 15 of these
subfolders at a time, but when paint7 loads the filters it only loads 4
or 5 items then there appears in the menu a divider line under which are
the rest of the plugins listed, however it does not allow me to access
these filters.

now is there a limit as to how many filters paint7 will recognize?
do the filters all need to be in one folder without any subfolders?

i have the following filters installed
genesis vfx
eyecandy
kpt power tools
vertigo hottext
total xaos bundle
extensis photoframe/intellihance
auto fx photographic patterns
ulead series/bundle

any help would be great
thanks
mark w

If your filters show up in the drop down menu below the divider line, but
remain ghosted so you can't use them, make sure you have a 24 bit image
loaded. If you have an 8 bit image, such as a GIF, they will stay ghosted
until you convert it to 24 bits.

I keep mine in subfolders.
